Details: If you have not attended the first 4 of this event, hope on the band wagon, save the date and get out your checkbook. Emeril does so much good for various charities, why not assist his own fund raising for NOLA charities? Rate in the Top 10 charity wine auctions by Wine Spectator and just ask any of the 600 from 2008 if they had fun!

Carnivale du Vin is turning five, and we are preparing a very special anniversary event on November 14, 2009 at the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas. All of the past “Krewe du Vin” chefs and vintners will create a grand tasting experience. 

As Carnivale du Vin’s home has been New Orleans in 2006, 2007 and 2008, we plan to bring the spirit of the Big Easy to Vegas, providing the first rate entertainment, artistry and culture that makes New Orleans so special. When our 5th annual Carnivale du Vin travels back to Las Vegas, we will be celebrating in the very ballroom where we first launched this gala in October of 2005, after Katrina forced our departure from New Orleans.

The live auction features rare wines, travel, dining and lifestyle experiences. Through funds raised this evening, Emeril Lagasse Foundation will continue to improve the quality of life for the youth of the Gulf Coast region.
